NEW EVIDENCE

I have now read the Shady Publishing Deals blog.

I have spoken to my old friend Juliet Warsaw at International Publishing News.

This is a fascinating case allegedly involving the following people: -

Luigi Bonomi, Literary Agent
John Honderich, Chairman of Torstar and Owner of Harlequin Books (inherited)
Karin Stoecker, ex-Editorial Director of Harlequin Books
Professor David W. Robertson, of the University of Texas at Austin and the United States Supreme Court at Austin, Texas

The news on SHADY PUBLISHING DEALS is shocking, but the greatest shock is that it didn't come out sooner; after all, it's obvious - isn't it?

A secret deal was brokered to ensure the multi-billion dollar Charlotte Lamb e-book estate was published at a lower % than the original 1970s, 80s and 90s contracts stipulate.

Sarah Holland would never have agreed to it.

Somebody else would.

So Sarah had to be gotten rid of - and not in a way which drew any attention to the Charlotte Lamb literary estate before those e-books could be released.

It was a brilliantly planned and ruthlessly executed murder plot which ought to have worked.

After all, nobody would have noticed the e-book rights sitting quietly in the background if Sarah Holland had responded with suicide to that devastating attack in 2003.

Everyone was conned into looking at Sarah's relationship with her family instead of her mother's signature on those old Alan Boon/Mills and Boon/Harlequin contracts.   E-books were still in their infancy and it would be another 4 years before Amazon launched Kindle, but it is interesting to note that it was 2003 when libraries first began offering downloadable popular fiction in e-formats.   So Harlequin Mills & Boon, John Honderich, Karin Stoecker and Luigi Bonomi certainly knew e-books were a multi-billion dollar industry of the future, even if ordinary people didn't, and they would have known before the libraries.

The English Gentleman who always played fair and whose word was his bond.

Indeed, it is difficult to estimate precisely when the net worth of the Charlotte Lamb Literary Estate began to be estimated on future e-sales alone.

Harlequin & Luigi Bonomi knew Charlotte Lamb had turned against them during the last 18 months of her life because of their abominable treatment of her while she was dying.

They also knew Sarah Holland had witnessed that treatment first hand and, as a loyal daughter who nursed her mother unto death, would have ensured her mother's hurt feelings and justifiable anger towards the conspirators were not overlooked - especially when neither Harlequin nor Luigi Bonomi bothered to turn up or send a representative of any kind to her mother's funeral.

                                                                   Luigi Bonomi

He abandoned Charlotte Lamb when she was dying.

The only solution was to get rid of Sarah before she could take control of any part of the e-book estate.

They couldn't do it legally because Sarah had been photographed and filmed with her mother since the early 80s and was internationally recognized as Charlotte Lamb's beloved daughter.

So they had to make sure Sarah died, and pushing her into suicide seemed the safest option.

It was into this potentially lethal set-up that University of Texas Professor of Law David W. Robertson blundered with his lie.

Arrogant, conceited and accustomed to covering things up by both sealing legal records and paying people to keep silent, one hopes he hesitated before taking his fateful decision.

He knew something potentially life threatening was planned for Sarah Holland and that his lie would tip the balance, putting her life in danger.

But he was determined to conceal the truth about his daughter's early years as family scapegoat and the only way to do it was to denounce Sarah Holland, accusing her of lying to extort money.

His decision may have made him a co-conspirator in a multi billion dollar international murder conspiracy.

                                                     Professor David W. Robertson

                                                              A blundering liar.

Because Sarah survived the initial blistering attack in 2003 and refused to commit suicide, she was offered an unspecified sum of money to sign a document agreeing to be disinherited.

Her alternative was to be made homeless and destitute with just 48 hours warning.

Sarah refused to sign and instead moved into a £60 a week run-down bedsit in Douglas, Isle of Man working 14 hours a day, 7 days a week flipping burgers and pulling pints while people queued around the block taking photos of her, the shoes broke on her feet and the local people helped her survive by giving her free food and clothes while drivers let her ride on their buses for free.

She was cut off from her family, disowned and disinherited regardless.

Far from showing any respect for her dignity and courage, the conspirators pursued her with frightening malice.

Thus began the long persecution of Sarah Holland - a relentless drive to force her over a cliff into suicide, bankruptcy or the mental hospital which has continued to this day.

They have attacked her remorselessly; dismantling everything she attempts from work to love relationships to financial stability, bank accounts, social groups, her personal appearance - following her from country to country, tapping her phones, hacking her computers, infiltrating her friends, bribing her boyfriends, spreading vicious rumours and even trying to falsify perverse sexual evidence by attempting to drug her, film her and put the results on the internet.

It is difficult to imagine their frustration at her continued obstinate survival.

But the fact that Professor David W. Robertson has witnessed ALL of it in minute detail through his daughter's close friendship with Sarah is shocking.   This has given him all the information as and when it happened, like a perpetual live news-feed over the last 10 years.

At no point has this Texan champion of justice for the poor and attorney at the Texas & United States Supreme Court attempted to help her fight - leaving her with nothing but courage to arm her against the terrifying forces surrounding and attacking her.

Thanks to the lie told by Professor David W. Robertson, these forces have grown over the last 10 years to include American pillars of law and order, British, American and Canadian press barons, British and American literary agents, British Television Stars, PR firms and international publishing companies.

EMP Media apparently got involved via Luigi Bonomi when Sarah worked for them.

                                                        Celebrity Magazine Empire
                                                                     EMP Media

The Chairman of EMP, ex-film actor Joe Cuby who starred in the 1960s TV series The Prisoner and also featured with Cliff Richard in Summer Holiday, allegedly hand-delivered several items from Harlequin - most notably a letter from the head of Harlequin's legal department.

This was handed by Joe Cuby to Sarah Holland at her desk in front of 4 independent witnesses on the top floor of EMP Media in Muswell Hill in November 2010.   The letter was accompanied by an e-book contract and a further request from Harlequin for her to sign it.

Sarah was at that time working once more for EMP at Joe Cuby's personal request.   She specialized in EMP's TV Celebrity Empire, At Home Magazine where stars of ITV and Channel 4 grace the front covers and edit their own magazines including: -

                                                                 Carole Vorderman

                                                          Star of Channel 4's Countdown
                                                                and ITV's Loose Women

                                                 and Channel 5's Kitchen Wars

Gok Wan of Channel 4's How To Look Good Naked

It is worth noting that all EMP's stars belong to the Housewives' Favourites TV stable that also contains Luigi Bonomi's most famous clients, the Nation's Darlings, Richard and Judy.

Mr Bonomi represents a number of stars from ITV, Channel 4 and EMP Media.

The conspiracy has also allegedly involved Evan Smith, Editor of The Texas Tribune and his wife, Julia Null Smith, who is the niece of Professor David W. Robertson.

In light of all the trouble caused by Professor Robertson's lie, it is astonishing that he won't simply own up, apologize and set the record straight.

He is, after all, fully aware of the damage he has done and has been sent all the current material dealing with this scandal.   Yet he maintains an obstinate silence - and an egotistical refusal to admit any part in this shameful international conspiracy.

Presumably this tells us he would rather see Sarah Holland commit suicide or be murdered than admit what he has done?

My contempt for Professor David W. Robertson grows with each passing day.

                   MURDER CONSPIRACY?

  •        Is there a murder conspiracy against author Sarah Holland?
  •          Does it centre around Charlotte Lamb's $1.25 billion e-book estate?
  •          What kind of court case will it make?
  •          How many big names would be called into court?
  •          Will it be a media feeding frenzy?

As an American attorney living in London, I attended the Frankfurt Book Fair with a publishing client of mine.

My blog today is on the International Publishing News report about the reaction at the Frankfurt Book Fair to Sarah Holland's Life Story.

I must agree with Editor Juliet Warsaw.

There is only one explanation for the fact that these 3 Sarah Holland Murder Conspiracy links are still unchallenged on the internet after 3 months - and that is that they’re true.

Author Sarah Holland

This is what people were saying at the Frankfurt Book Fair: -  “Why don't they just take her to court?”

Good question.   They say the publishing industry is founded on truth and the truth always comes out.

Buchdruck at the Berlin Walk of Ideas

But the justice system is also founded on truth and all the alleged conspirators seem somewhat reluctant to take this case or Sarah Holland to court.

Law Courts

Yet the author of the 3 blogs calls the internet a “Global Court of Law.”   Appealing to the world as a jury, he/she asks the conspirators to either take him/her to court or confess.
Until the alleged conspirators confess, the 3 blogs will keep running and there are some very big names on those blogs.

Is that why they won't take her to court?   And who else would be called into that courtroom?   What calibre of witnesses are we actually looking at?

Well, first of all the case itself seems to go back a long way; to 1997 at the very least but possibly earlier, back to the early 1980s when Sarah Holland first started writing and her mother Sheila Holland, author-pseudonym Charlotte Lamb, first became world famous.

Sarah Holland in the early 80s

That means the list of witnesses called into court would naturally include: -

Chairmen, MDs, Editorial Directors and Editors from top publishing houses.

Media magnates and newspaper tycoons.

Top literary agents and big name authors from all over the world.
Many of them might have to be subpoenaed or internationally subpoenaed, but for a case this big it would be worth the wait.
And then there would be all the people surrounding Sarah and her late mother on the Isle of Man where witnesses would be vital to the case.

Sarah and her late mother were on the island’s Social A-List, so we’re looking at celebrities, aristocrats, royal dignitaries, racing drivers, yachters, jet-setters and the super-rich.

I was drawn to the Quiz in Blog 2 and the connection between the Literary Agent, TV’s Richard & Judy and this National Magazine Empire.

I think we all know by now that the Literary Agent is allegedly Luigi Bonomi of LBA (Luigi Bonomi Associates), who previously worked at Harlequin Mills and Boon and Penguin UK.

Luigi Bonomi of LBA

We also all agree that the TV stars are NOT alleged conspirators but are Richard & Judy, both of whom are Luigi Bonomi’s clients.

 ITV's Richard & Judy

But what’s the "national magazine empire?"
Like most Americans, I assume there is only one national magazine empire and that’s US Giant Conde Nast.   But on checking Sarah Holland’s Wikipedia site, I discover there is, in fact, a British equivalent.

They are EMP Media, whose biggest success is the At Home Magazine series.

Nobody's ever heard of it and I have never seen a single edition of their magazines in the shops, which is surprising considering they've been running for 30 years.

EMP Media publish about 100 magazines a year including over 50 celebrity titles in their At Home Magazine series and their HQ is in Muswell Hill, North London.
 ITV's Lorraine Kelly

Almost every Daytime TV star in the UK is with At Home and it reads like a list of Luigi Bonomi’s clients.
All of them were handled by Sarah Holland while she worked at EMP including Lorraine Kelly (above), Marco Pierre White, Dr Chris Steele (This Morning, ITV), Charlie Dimmock, Coleen Nolan (Loose Women, ITV), Carol Vorderman, Antony Worral Thompson and Channel 4 Housewives’ Favourites, Gok Wan and Dr Christian Jessen.

EMP Media also publish celebrity sports magazines such as Gary Lineker's World Cup, Will Greenwood's Rugby World Cup and Andrew Castle's Wimbledon.

CH4's Dr Christian Jessen

At the Frankfurt Book Fair last week, one literary agent was talking about the scene he had read in Sarah Holland's Life Story where a direct connection between EMP and Harlequin Mills and Boon is alleged to have sprung up in 2009/10 - solely in order to target Sarah.

"But there's no connection between EMP Media and Mills and Boon." said the agent.

But since Sarah left EMP Media in 2011, they have started an online shop on their At Home Magazine website for...Harlequin Mills & Boon...and the connection is...Luigi Bonomi.

Mills & Boon - now allied online to EMP Media

See what I mean?   The minute you start investigating Sarah Holland's case, you find an ever-growing hornet's nest buzzing secretly away behind the scenes.

And in the finest traditions, there’s an American connection, too.

The connection is Professor David W. Robertson, and for all American lawyers worth their salt, this man is a living legend.

Professor David W. Robertson

A Louisiana native, David W. Robertson has lived in Texas for many years.

He is an attorney and esteemed Professor lecturing on law at the University of Texas at Austin.   He has worked for the United States Supreme Court and changed several laws for the American people.
But more importantly, he is a Tort Specialist; an expert in Personal Injury Law.

What is fascinating is that he may become one of the principal accused in an international Personal Injury case: - Sarah Holland's.

Into the courtroom along with Professor David W. Robertson could come another American star – a man alleged to have been involved in some way.

  Mr Evan Smith

Texan media magnate Evan Smith, now building his own magazine empire in Texas along with his own TV chat show and Texan publishing company.

To add spice to the pot, Evan Smith is married to a lady who used to work in New York publishing as well as the Texas Film Commission; Julia Null Smith, none other than the niece of David W. Robertson.

Julia is also the cousin of Sarah's closest Texan friend;  and the sister of another close American friend of Sarah's.

In Sarah Holland's Life Story, it is alleged that it was via this route that the publishing conspiracy closed its life-threatening circle around Sarah Holland, using Sarah's trust and loyalty to the Robertson and Smith families to extract vital personal information for the alleged conspirators - and use it to destroy her.

Julia Null Smith

One can only speculate on their reasons for doing this, although the potential for rewards in joining the alleged conspiracy is obvious.

So is the potential for damages and blacklisting if anyone tries to do the right thing and refuse to join in with the great Scapegoating extravaganza allegedly instigated by Luigi Bonomi to save his own hide.

Perhaps this is what Blog 3 alludes to with The Bargaining Chip.

Whether there is truth in any of these allegation remains to be seen, but the Robertson and Smith families' testimony would certainly be key evidence if the case ever went to trial.
And then, of course, there are all the old friends of both Sarah's parents who would have to be called and they just happen to be literary superstars, newspaper magnates, journalists, playwrights, radio stars, TV stars, aristocrats, celebrities, politicians and multi-millionaires.

If there aren't wall to wall press cameras from all over the world outside the courtroom to capture all the famous witnesses as they arrive, I'll eat my library.
There probably won't be a seat left in the gallery.
But personally, I want a ringside ticket…
